constant humcleanliness issue

The building is beautiful, but my room felt cramped. i was on a long route next to the kitchen, with stairs at the end. A constant hum bothered me, presumably from the kitchen appliances. i also found long brown hairs on my towels, a real cleanliness issue.

I saw roses in the walled gardens. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel location works well with easy navigation. The coach house block had modern decor.

I found that the family room was on the second floor. There was a lift only to the first floor. Getting to the room with baggage was difficult.

The staff gave much attention to my dog and provided water bowls. The receptionist did not tell me breakfast was included the first day. The waiter and waitress were lovely.

The location worked well. It was easy to get to from the motorway. the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed looking around the historic rooms.

planes were quite loud passing over. breakfast was okay but i don't think it was worth the money. rooms in other buildings were not as nice as the main building and this was disappointing.

The room was not good. It lacked facilities. There was no access to the window. I could not find a mirror. I could not open the curtains because they faced the ground floor car park.

I enjoyed the hot breakfast items and fresh pastries available. The apple juice was tasty. I will remember THAT. My room provided a refreshing view of the grounds and the distant city center. The staff were friendly and eager to provide help.

the mattress felt a little old , making the bed less comfortable than i expected.

poor managementlocked fire exit

the management needs improvement. a manager, marius, spoke inappropriately to guests and staff. he even reprimanded me for sitting in the bar WHILE i was using my phone. i also noted he locked fire exit doors during an event. this violated fire safety regulations.
